Simon Newstead

Simon is an operator turned impact investor focussed on alt protein in Asia Pacific. Simon is connected to the region personally, being half Indonesian, with years based in Hong Kong. There he scaled Juniper's emerging tech business in Asia, and co-founded mobile game company Frenzoo, plant-based food company Bite Society (sold) and vegan fashion brand Kinds of Grace. Over a decade vegan, Simon is active in effective altruism and earn-to-give movements, and is also the founder and co-host of the Vegan Startup Podcast.
